Orders can be accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Please remember to quote: your order number, product type number, quantity, company name and address, your name and telephone number, any special instructions, e.g. overnight AM delivery, scheduling requirements.
All products manufactured from 1st November 2007 carry a three year guarantee against defective manufacture.
Small parcels are sent by UK Royal Mail 1st class post or by a national carrier Next Day service. Overnight AM delivery is also available. For overseas requirements please contact our sales office.
Samples are available for product evaluation either free or on a 21 day sale or return basis.
Our internal and external engineers will gladly assist and advise you with your technical enquiry on suitable applications or interchangeability from a competitor's equivalent products. Many products are supplied with a multi-lingual installation/data sheet.
If you require a product to perform a function for a specific application which is not available in a standard format, we can produce a working sample from drawings or just technical date made available. All such products are designated with a unique Z code for each of your requirements.
For requirements within the UK most popular lines are stocked in depth and despatched within 24 hours of receipt of an order.
Depending upon quantity size most items not in stock are manufactured and despatched within 3-5 days of ordering, within the UK. Export enquires are quoted separately.
